This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains the rules governing the use of the PrintRuns platform by Customers, Printing Partners, Designers, and other users.

PrintRuns is committed to providing a safe, lawful, and professional marketplace for printing services.

By accessing or using PrintRuns, you agree to comply with this Policy.

This Policy should be read together with our:

2. Purpose of this Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to:

• protect customers;
• protect Printing Partners;
• protect Designers;
• protect PrintRuns;
• ensure compliance with Nigerian law;
• prevent misuse of the platform;
• maintain a trusted marketplace.

3. Permitted Use

PrintRuns may be used for lawful printing requests including, but not limited to:

• Business cards
• Flyers
• Posters
• Banners
• Roll-up banners
• Brochures
• Books
• Magazines
• Stickers
• Packaging
• Labels
• Branded merchandise
• Event materials
• Wedding stationery
• Educational materials
• Corporate branding
• Marketing materials
• Custom promotional products

Users must ensure they have the legal right to reproduce any content they submit.

4. Prohibited Content

Users must not upload, request, distribute, or attempt to print materials that:

Illegal Activities

• violate Nigerian law;
• promote criminal activity;
• facilitate fraud;
• support identity theft;
• promote financial scams;
• encourage money laundering;
• aid cybercrime.

Intellectual Property Violations

Users must not submit materials that infringe upon:

• copyright;
• trademarks;
• patents;
• design rights;
• trade secrets;
• other intellectual property rights.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions before submitting content.

Harmful Content

PrintRuns prohibits materials that:

• promote terrorism;
• support violent extremist organisations;
• incite violence;
• encourage serious criminal behaviour;
• facilitate human trafficking;
• promote child exploitation;
• contain child sexual abuse material;
• promote unlawful hate speech.

Fraudulent Materials

PrintRuns does not permit requests involving:

• counterfeit documents;
• fake certificates;
• forged government documents;
• fake identification cards;
• counterfeit event tickets;
• fraudulent financial documents;
• forged academic credentials.

Platform Misuse

Users must not:

• attempt to manipulate product pricing or quotation processes;
• submit false Request Quote information;
• place fake or fraudulent orders;
• intentionally abandon orders after repeated quotation approvals;
• attempt to interfere with the normal operation or security of the PrintRuns Platform;
• use automated tools, bots, or scripts to misuse the Platform without written authorisation from PrintRuns.

Offensive Content

PrintRuns reserves the right to reject content that is:

• excessively abusive;
• unlawfully discriminatory;
• intended to harass or intimidate;
• maliciously defamatory;
• otherwise unlawful.

5. Adult Content

PrintRuns does not knowingly facilitate the printing of materials that are unlawful or involve explicit sexual content prohibited under applicable laws.

PrintRuns and Printing Partners reserve the right to decline any order that violates this Policy, applicable law, or their legitimate operational, ethical, or professional standards.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• submitted files are accurate;
• uploaded artwork belongs to them or is properly licensed;
• requested products comply with applicable laws;
• submitted information is truthful;
• provide accurate delivery information;
• remain reasonably available through the contact information provided during production and delivery;
• promptly respond where PrintRuns requests clarification relating to an order;
• orders do not violate this Policy.

Customers remain solely responsible for the content they upload.

7. Printing Partner Responsibilities

Printing Partners are expected to:

• Review orders assigned by PrintRuns and promptly accept or decline them based on production capability, operational capacity, and compliance with PrintRuns policies. Where a Printing Partner declines an assigned order, the Printing Partner shall promptly notify PrintRuns so the order may be reassigned where appropriate.
• reject orders they reasonably believe violate this Policy;
• comply with applicable laws;
• maintain professional standards;
• report suspicious or unlawful requests to PrintRuns.

Printing Partners are not required to produce materials they reasonably believe are unlawful, offensive, or inconsistent with their business values.

8. Handling Prohibited Orders

Where PrintRuns or a Printing Partner identifies content that may violate this Policy, we may:

• request additional information;
• temporarily pause the order;
• reject the order;
• cancel the order;
• suspend the customer's account;
• permanently remove the customer from the platform;
• report unlawful activities to relevant authorities where required by law.

PrintRuns reserves the right to make these decisions at its sole discretion where necessary to protect the platform and comply with legal obligations.

9. Content Review

PrintRuns does not routinely review every file uploaded to the platform before production.

Because PrintRuns operates as a marketplace, uploaded files are generally reviewed by the selected Printing Partner during order processing.

Where a Printing Partner believes that submitted content violates this Policy, the Printing Partner may decline the order using the platform's rejection process.

PrintRuns may also conduct additional reviews where necessary.

10. Reporting Abuse

Users who become aware of suspected misuse of the PrintRuns platform are encouraged to report the matter by contacting PrintRuns Support.

Reports should include sufficient information to enable an investigation.

PrintRuns will review reports in good faith and take appropriate action where necessary.

11. Enforcement

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

• warning;
• order cancellation;
• account suspension;
• permanent account termination;
• withholding of vendor settlements where appropriate;
• removal of Printing Partners from the platform;
• reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

12. Changes

PrintRuns may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, operational requirements, or marketplace practices.
